Working on this residential apartment block, part of the Alameda Estate, on behalf of the Government of Gibraltar, tested our skills in ensuring the continuing health and safety of the building’s residents and well as our operatives and other users. The project involved the replacement of the external render to a coloured acrylic render system and included the replacement of windows to double glazed units designed to minimise heat gain in the summer and heat loss in the winter.
