Profield Contractors Ltd.’s local knowledge, versatility as well as our technical expertise were key to the successful completion of this conversion project. The Cliftons is a luxury residential estate set in the site of the Royal Naval Hospital. We converted this historic building with its valuable heritage features into luxury apartments. This included work to build a new extension of the roof level to accommodate two penthouses. In addition to this, we added new-build townhouses and one villa with its own private swimming pool.
